Introducing Amsel IP Law!

Today I am excited to announce the launch of Amsel IP Law, a boutique IP firm based in Austin, TX. My inspiration to start Amsel IP Law has come from the many startups and entrepreneurs I have had the privilege of working with over the years.  I look forward to embarking on my own entrepreneurial adventure and the many challenges that will certainly come with it.

Amsel IP Law will focus on patent strategy, counseling, and prosecution services that meets the needs of technology startup companies. I will be bringing to Amsel IP Law 15 years of experience working with startups in Silicon Valley and beyond, from inception, through fundraising, acquisitions, and IPOs.

Since relocating to Austin, TX from Silicon Valley five years ago, I have witnessed the explosive growth of the tech startup community in central Texas and am excited to be part of its next chapter.

I look forward to continuing to serve the tech startup community in this new capacity and to the challenges ahead.
